Wikipedia lists about 214 games that were announced and released on PC in 2018. There were likely a lot more as counting everything that is not noteworthy is likely a little tedious.
So come one and all and see what I recommended for you that released in 2018 and while this may be a PC list. I did pick up a PS4 this year and Spider-Man is a must play if you like the adventures of the web crawler.
I'm a sucker for fighting games and Street Fighter V is no exception. While it has a rocky launch, with a limited single player campaign and solo content compared to SF4 it got a lot of flack.
As it stands now I've found it really tight to play and Akuma is still my main of choice despite his survivability.
From the makers of Faster than Light this new turn based tactics game is awesome. From the looks of all the environments to the units available and the depth of game play on offer is breathtaking.
That said, like FTL this is a tough game with unlocks requiring some difficult achievements that will have you restarting a run quite often. You will fail, but succeeding makes you feel like a God.
Basically an modern version of the Bullfrog classic theme hospital. While I've not clocked in a lot of game time with it the game does impress. With wired and wacky patients and conditions to the way you build rooms and manage staff. If you've missed the age of goofy but good Simulations Tow Point Hospital is a good pickup.
Developed by Arc System Works who are known for their kick arse fighting games come this Dragonball masterpiece. With a stack of content and collectibles and gameplay that is really easy to just getting an mash with almost any roster and the depth that a seasoned fighting game player can really get into. I would recommend this to fans both either Dragonball or fighting games.
