Late to This - Wizard of Legend

This little gem is something I picked during a round of Steam sales.

If you enjoy having to be quick on your feet while dealing with a ever increasing challenge this is the game for you.



While I've been eyeing of this game for a while from the art style and the mechanics displayed in the trailers. It is rear that I would just buy most games without some kind of discount.

That said this is worth every penny spend as the game depth in choice of spell effects and outfits is something to behold. It can also feel a little endless at time. You start a run with four spells and one enchantment. You will find a number of opportunities to pickup an additional two spells and additional enchantment to add to your arsenal along the way. Some come with added risk for there benefit, some can make you a complete glass canon. Dealing out high damage or reducing cool downs but reducing you health.

You battle you way through four different biomes, each with minions that have different strengths and weaknesses. In an attempt to challenge a member of the Wizard Council. If you defeat all four you can challenge their leader. It can be a gruelling task and I'm personally not been able to make it to the final member, being the casual I am.

None the less I had fun and would recommend. It does come with a local co-op function as well but that does require friends that would be interested.
