My Games of 2020

 

I don't believe I did a list of my favourite games of 2019. It was on the to-do list but appears to have been left to the wayside. That was unfortunately due to a little bit of both personal and pure procrastination. 

That said, it is now 2021, and I have that New Year Resolution gumption to do more writing this year. As for what I did enjoy in 2019? I'll give you a quick top 5. 

Mindustry - A top down space themed crafting game with some Tower Defence elements
STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order - Star Wars game of the decade
Risk of Rain 2 - Risk of Rain goes 3D and is more electric than before. 
Control - A Remedy game that may be a Alex Wake sequel in disguise. 
Katana ZERO - A mind bending side scrolling hack-n-stash with added Neon

Game Review | STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order

I really enjoy the Star Wars mythos. The epic of space travel, the empire, Jedi and so much more. While the recent entries for Star Wars have left me feeling a little lackluster this game from Respawn is like a return to form. Similar to that feeling of going back to Jedi Knight and Jedi Academy but without any swoop bike sequences. That said this game overall it something greater than the some of its inspirations.
